Our handbook is subject to change throughout the year depending on the needs of our students. Each update will be sent home and posted to our website.
Health Policy
Immunization Requirements
The State of Ohio requires that all students be properly immunized. All students must have a green immunization card in their file. For the protection of all students, the State of Ohio reserves the right to order the suspension of any student who does not have their vaccinations current.
Kindergarten students and new students must have immunization records in hand before classes begin. Returning students have thirty (30) days after enrollment to furnish evidence of current immunizations needed.
Reporting Illnesses
Any communicable diseases that a student may have contacted should be reported to the school immediately. A child is excluded from school for communicable diseases, rashes, unknown skin eruptions, etc., until all symptoms disappear or a written release from the doctor is submitted. If your child requires medication to be administered during school hours, please stop by the office to complete necessary information.
Nutrition Policy
The following are nutrition regulations we believe are for the good health and good will of each student.
