"Students On The King's Highway"

Dear Ramah Families,

We are halfway through this school year. God has been good to us.  As we work during this quarter, remember that students are the reason we are here. We want all students to have a great education at Ramah. In addition to learning the 3 R's we want them to know Jesus and to form a relationship with him.

Parents we want you to visit your child/children's classroom and get to know the procedure in the room. Teachers need your help to make sure homework is completed and students arrive on time for school. Parents are an important part of success for the students. Come see what your child is doing!

Mission Statement:

Ramah Jr. Academy exists to provide quality Christian education that meets or exceeds the standards prescribed by the state of Ohio for the children of the Seventh-day Adventist local churches and the community. Its Christ-centered curriculum prepares them for active service in the home, school, church and the community, and for the second coming of Christ.

"Higher than the highest human thought can reach is God's ideal for His children." - E.G. White

Champions! Champions! Champions!

Congratulations to Ramah’s Girls Basketball Team 2007-2008 (Ramah Eagles) they won the Eastern Independent League Championship game. Coach Palmer has had great success in leading the girl’s team to the championship consecutively for the past few years. This year they won it all. Hats off to Kayla Julian, Christa White, Ta’Nasia Winston, Daija Johnson, Toteyona Glaze, Ashley Palmer and Shanequa Williams. This great accomplishment came because each team member made valuable contributions to the team’s success.

The Season ended on February 21st, 2008 where they beat The Schechter School with a score of 28 -10.

Great Job Girls!
